  • Employment pathways: Create job opportunities, traineeships, and apprenticeships for First Nations people across NSW (Wetherill Park) and WA (Bayswater). 
  • Supply opportunities: Increase procurement from Indigenous businesses by including them in sourcing and tender processes.
  • Cultural respect & awareness: Deliver cultural awareness training, and recognise Reconciliation Week and NAIDOC Week.
  • Local collaboration: Partner with community organisations, RTOs, and employment services to strengthen connections.
  • Transparency & targets: Set, track, and report on all commitments and outcomes.

  • Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP): Formalising commitments and driving continuous improvement.
  • Traineeships: Provide structured entry points for Indigenous workers, supported by mentoring and development.
  • Work experience & school engagement: Offer placements and industry visits for students to inspire future career pathways.
  • Local supplier engagement: Identify and onboard Indigenous businesses to supply goods and services to Source My Parts.
